What are my payment options?

Affordable Wedding accessories accept PayPal payments. You can still use PayPal without a PayPal account (refer PayPal for instructions). All prices listed on Affordable Wedding accessories’ website are quoted in Australian Dollars.

Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

You will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing your order. Please review your order details carefully and contact us immediately if you wish to make any changes.
We will also inform your as soon as your order is dispatched and provide you with tracking information so order delivery can be tracked.

How do I use a promotional code?

Affordable Wedding Accessories are always running great promotion and discounts. If you have a promotion code, please enter this into the COUPON CODE section at check out so discounts will be applied to your total amount.
Please note that promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. If you have more than one code, please choose the one that is best suited for your order

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not offer International shipping through our website however if you would like to place an international order please contact us with order details and we will be in touch with you about delivery and shipping details.

How do I know if the products I want are in stock?

We at Affordable Wedding Accessories tries to keep our stock inventory up-to-date on our websites always however like with all retailers there might be instance where an item you have orders is not available or out of stock. In these circumstances you will be notified within 24 hours from the date of order placement and be provided with the option to replace or credit your order.
All products on our website listed as "Available" are to the best of our knowledge, available to ship to you within the advertised timeframe. If you have any queries, please email us at or use the contact us form to check availability before placing your order.

What is your return policy

If you have an issue with your order you must email and contact us within 2 business days of receipt of the parcel to be valid. For errors or damage in transit claims, we require a photograph of the item(s) and or box received. Item(s) must be still in the original packaging i.e. no evidence of use e.g. sashes must still be in the original packaging unopened.
If you are eligible for an exchange or return you may be required to pay for the return postage cost. No replacement items will be sent until the returned items have been verified and checked by Affordable Wedding Accessories. Purchases returned without an agreement will be refused.
Note: Colours may vary due to manufacturing process to each product. Products seen online do not always represent an identical colour match. Colour reproduction is beyond our control such as the hue/contrast settings on your monitor.
No returns or exchanges on bulk orders of 20 items or more.
If you have ordered any product in error or if you have changed your mind which we understand due to the nature of products sold, we will try our best to organise an exchange or refund where necessary.

What are the order delivery timeframes

Please allow up to 3-5 working days for items to be dispatched and 7-10 for items to be delivered. We endeavour to keep you updated at every stage of the delivery process including providing tracking information where possible. At your request, purchased items can be express posted.
To check on the status on your order, please visit the Track My Order page and enter your order number and postcode for an update.

What are my shipping options?

Orders placed with us will be most likely delivered via courier or Australia Post, whichever is cost effective depending on the purchase item. Delivery times can be tracked via online tracking where applicable which we will provide you with or you can contact us anytime to check the status of the order.

Do I have to sign for the delivery?

Due nature of the products, we require all orders to be signed at the time of arrival. If you are not at home and would like to arrange delivery at an alternative address, please provide this as the shipping address at check out and we will ensure the process is seamless. . If you would like to arrange delivery without signature please specify your delivery requirements at checkout so these can be organised.
